I develop websites using the wonderful Drupal content management framework and currently work for Raincity Studios in Vancouver, Canada. I came to web development the long way round via marketing (definitely not my metier) and auto mechanics (fun but the pay's no good). It's something I've been doing for years as a non-committed freelancer but my enjoyment of it has increased a thousand-fold since discovering Drupal. I now spend far too much time sitting at my computer but I do make sure to get out every now and then to enjoy Vancouver and its surroundings or play music with friends (I'm a very amateur violist :-)).
